In 2013, I volunteered at a local elementary school's Science Olympiad team for the Robocross event. Even though they were younger than everyone else at the regional competition and had significantly cheaper robots, the team placed 7th at the regional competition.

The following year, I volunteered at a local middle school (Carmel Valley Middle School) and helped out with a new robotics club that was started there by Ms. Fredin. The following year, I helped the TP Robotics club in supporting the CVMS team.
